QB A to Z - QuickBooks File Review

Designed for the business that wants a comprehensive file review as well as a deeper dive into accounting processes currently in place.


The QB A to Z- QuickBooks File Review is the first step toward determining the exact areas of your QuickBooks data that need cleaning up, how much it will cost, and the ideal on-going support option that's the best fit for your budget and needs.


 Review of QuickBooks file with detailed feedback and recommendations. We'll look at important areas starting at company set-up all the way down to the financial statements.

 If you're not using QuickBooks optimally, we'll make suggestions on how you can get the most out of the software.

What you get:

A comprehensive evaluation of your QuickBooks data packaged in a checklist and summary report detailing areas covered, data and/or software issues, as well as our recommendations for improvement.

Upon completion, you'll also receive a custom quote for data clean up, which is conducted based on review findings. You can hire us to do the job or use the file review summary as a "road-map" to fixing data when working with a Bookkeeper on your staff or elsewhere.

Base services include:

  • After-the-fact bookkeeping for up to 1 bank and 1 credit card account.
  • Importing transactions within Bank Feeds Center.
  • Applying customer payments.
  • Monthly reconciliations.
  • Monthly financial reports.
  • Year-end 1099 and/or W-2 Filing.
  • Unlimited email and phone support.


Add-on services include:

Payroll: You submit employee hours and don't worry about the rest. This includes full-service payroll processing for up to 5 employees.

Accounts Payable: Management of vendor bills, and scheduling and posting payments. Up to 100 transactions per month.

Accounts Receivable: Management of customer invoices, overseeing and posting payments, on-going cash flow improvement system. Up to 100 transactions per month.


  • Base service: $300 per month
  • Base +1 Add-on service: $625 per month
  • Base +2 Add-on services: $835 per month
  • Base +3 Add-on services: $1,035 per month

 You’re primarily service-based.

 You’re using or plan to use QuickBooks Online.

 You already have or you’re willing to work with a Tax Preparer.

We may not be a good fit if:

 You need a full-time and on-site Bookkeeper.

 You’re not open to cloud technology and working virtually.

 You’re using an accounting software other than QuickBooks with no plans to migrate.

 You need tax help, but do not plan to work with a Tax Preparer.
